Shipping Policy

Physical goods will be shipped to you if you have purchased them. The shipping charges are listed below. Shipping is based on the dollar amount of the order. Shipping prices may change at any time.

• Purchase $.01 to $20.oo - $10

• Purchase $20.01 to $50.00 - $5

• Purchase $50.01 and above - Free

We reserve the right to alter shipping charges depending on the expected price of an order.

Shipping Methods

Goods will be shipped via USPS ground shipping, or when allowed, USPS media mail. Media mail is only available for book only orders.

Shipping Timelines

Shipping timelines will depend on the availability of products. These things influence the timeline:

• Please allow one week for box to be packed and shipped at minimum

• Swag items and their in stock status. Extra 3-4 days added for most items

• Book in stock status. If the book is not immediately on hand, it must be ordered from the printer. This may take up to three weeks. The order is then shipped to you once printed and received

• Shipments come from St. Joseph, Missouri. Generally, once shipped to you, they take up to a week to be received

• Total shipping time will range from two weeks to six weeks

• Any delays beyond six weeks will be communicated to you through email

In order to receive your goods in a timely manner, please ensure the following:

• The address is complete and correct

• The address can receive USPS ground shipping deliveries
